Sugar Creek Resort
- Sugar Creek Resort (SCR) is a 55 and over adult, land leased, owner co-op R.V. resort located in Bradenton, Florida. Primarily designed for seasonal residents, the park offers an unusual variety of amenities, including large heated pool, club house, playing courts, shuffleboard, miniature golf, and other games areas. SCR had its origins in having been a wooded campground and today is bounded by creeks, a golf course and has an unusual number of large trees, landscaping and open spaces. Most, but not all of the 243 lots in the park are park model homes. In season there are many organized activities including dinners, card games, tennis, pickleball, shuffleboard, exercise classes, sewing classes, and other sport and recreation activities. Sugar Creek is truly a pleasant place to walk, bike, swim, socialize. When the sun shines we are usually outside and after dark there is more than TV .
Sugar Creek Resort has a true Florida feel.
Many large oaks and palms shade our winding streets and streams.
